Ghanaian hip-hop artiste, Kwesi Arthur’s dream to be a student at the University and also become a Lawyer didn’t come through.

He disclosed that his dream was shattered after he failed to pay his school fees at the Tema Senior High School (TEMASCO).

According to the ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker, his WASSCE result and certificate is still with the school authorities.

“I wanted to go to the University of Ghana to study psychology and hopefully after that, I’ll go and do law. But it didn’t go as planned because while at Temasco, I had arrears to pay so I wasn’t able to see my results,” Kwesi Arthur revealed in an interview with Delay.

“I’m still owing. As I speak to you now, I still haven’t paid my fees. I’ve to go and settle them,” he stated.

Kwesi didn’t hide how frustrated he was when this happened to him.

He said, “I was very disturbed. I wasn’t even thinking about the future. I was wondering what I’ll be doing at the time. At that time I was still writing music so I just decided to go to this studio in my hood and talk it through with the owner to help me record beats in exchange for my service which was to be sweeping the studio.”

“I started recording people within a week. I wasn’t paying but that was enough to feed myself because there were times people don’t come around to record. I sometimes have to fall on my parents for something small to take care of my needs,” Kwesi Arthur added.
