The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bra Dea Foundation in Sunyani, Michael Edwards Kwasi, has lamented how many Ghanaian celebrities support negative campaigns and do little or nothing to support good campaigns.

Speaking in an interview with Newshuntermag.com, Michael Edwards appealed to Ghanaian celebrities to endorse campaigns that will have a positive impact on the youth and the society as a whole.

“It looks as if they are so much interested in negativity. Recently Nana Aba Anamoah of GH One Television launched a campaign against drug abuse and I didn’t see our celebrities supporting such a good campaign,” he bemoaned.

“Now there is a video of a drug addict going viral and most of our celebrities are imitating and supporting him. Is this double standard or what?” the CEO of Bra Dea Foundation queried.
He added that their fans will love it if they feed them with good campaigns.

“With their huge fan base, I think they have to use their influence to help the youth and the society. If they will continue to support negative things, then I am afraid for the future of this country,” Michael Edwards stressed.

He further charged all Ghanaians to support good campaigns that will change our living standards.

The CEO of Bra Dea Foundation revealed that his outfit will distribute about 5000 mathematical sets to Junior High School (JHS) students within the Sunyani East and West Constituency starting from October this year.
