Blakk Rasta has explained why he has returned the awards he won.
The Ghanaian musician and media personality returned some of the awards he won over the years.
Born Abubakar Ahmed, the outspoken radio presenter explained why took such a decision in a statement.
In a statement Newshuntermag.com has come across, he explained his decision to all major award scheme organizers that have awarded him in the past.
He was unhappy about how awards seemed to be selling to the highest bidder.
The 3FM presenter stated that he is not proud of keeping such plaques.
Blakk Rasta further asked them not to nominate him again until the unfortunate criterion changes to true merit awards standards.
