MP Feeds BECE Candidates

The MP for Nkoranza South Constituency, Hon Charles Konadu-Yiadom has reiterated his commitment to education in Nkoranza south constituency by taking it upon himself to feed Two thousand and twenty-five BECE candidates in Nkoranza South Constituency.

 The candidates will be given lunch every day throughout the exams period to shape them psychologically and remove all barriers that can hinder their chances of enjoying His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo’s free senior high school.

 As part of his commitment to education, the Hon member has donated an amount of Ten thousand Ghana Cedis (Ghc 10,000) to the Nkoranza South Municipal education directorate to help repair broken down vehicles to ensure effective monitoring of the BECE.

 He also donated 500 mono desks to the senior high schools in Nkoranza South Constituency.

The Nkoranza South Municipal Director of Education, Mr Sulley Alhassan receiving the cash and the desks thanked the Hon Member of Parliament for the unprecedented gesture and promised to ensure effective utilization of the funds and desks.

 The headmaster of Nkoranza Senior high school, Mr Attah Amponsah on behalf of his colleague headmasters in the constituency expressed their appreciation to the MP for the timely intervention as it will go a long way to ensure effective teaching and learning.
