The 2016 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, will from Friday begin a five-day tour of the Brong Ahafo Region.
Nana Addo is expected to pay a courtesy call on Abesim Traditional Authority and address residents of Abesim area—and also interact with mechanics at the Sunyani magazine.
He will also address the residents of Sunyani at the main station before he move to Nkrankwanta in the Dormaa West District.
The ‘Restoration of Hope Tour’ which begins on Friday, 8th July will end on Tuesday, 12th July 2016.
Myarkfmonline.com has gathered that the NPP flag bearer will help launch campaigns of the party’s parliamentary candidates in the constituencies that he will be touring.
B/A Regional Communications Director of NPP, Malik Adjei speaking with Ark News said they have put good measures in place as far as security is concerned.
He stated that the party is dealing with the state security agencies—and not any group to provide security.
